Branch Chief – Paddle Sports Visitation, (BC-VPS)
In addition to General Duties, the Branch Chief, Paddle Sports Visitation (BC-VPS) under the general direction and supervision of the Division Chief, Program Visitations (DVC-PV), shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
Major Responsibilities:
- Review the Program Visitor Manual and related support materials and documents for clarity, completeness and accuracy.
- Review all PV tests, both on-line and hard copy for clarity, completeness and accuracy. Monitor as requested field results as related to testing.
- Review PV handout materials for clarity, completeness and accuracy.
- View all new PV material and make recommendations or rejection of said material to the DVC-VP.
- Review present handout literature, CD’s and DVD’s at ANSC to see if said items are still current and of value to PV’s.
- Work closely with other V-Directorate Division Chiefs on assigned projects.
- Work with the Program Visitation Division Chief in preparing materials for N-Train and/or NACON workshop if required.
- Assist in the promotion of all National Qualification programs developed within the Division.
- Assist the DVC-VP on any project that he/she requests assistance.
- Prepare a quarterly report as defined in the current version of the V-Directorate Communication Guidelines.

- This position prefers a minimum of one year in an immediately lower office, or equivalent professional experience.
