Branch Assistant – Meeting Minutes

In addition to General Duties, the Branch Assistant–Meeting Minutes, Administration Support under the general direction and supervision of the Branch Chief, Secretary of Records, shall have the following responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Chief with the direction guidance and training of the Staff Officers in charge of the Secretary Records meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the development of training guides, PowerPoint presentations, FAQ documents and how-to guides to support the Secretary of Records staff, to include their elected leadership, in the taking of meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the proper use of the Secretary of Records meeting minutes form and its submission when complete
  • Assist the Secretary of Records staff officers with any questions.
  • Assist in the management and development of forms and resources to simplify and standardize the Secretary of Records meeting minutes.
  • Attend scheduled meetings as requested.
  • Provide a brief, monthly report to the Branch Chief.
  • Other duties as assigned
